Please help me on this issue
I tried to abort the reload task but it got hung on the QEMC version 9 .
also i tried to restart the QDS on the server no luck
can any one assist me to resolve the issue
Take the copy of the job and delete the existing task and restart the service.
if i Boot the server it would help me in this case?
Yes Rebouncing is master step. You can try that.
Unfortunately it doesn't help still the task is in hung status !! do we have any other way to sort of the issue
Can you delete the task and re-create new one.
Try deleting the task in C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\DistributionService\Tasks folder.
Also try to change the source file name.
I have this occasionally. I have found that sometimes this works ...
1) Disable the Reload Schedule for the document under Documents > Reload (remember to click apply), then stop the job under Status > Tasks.
2) Stop/start the Qlikview services (might just need to stop/start Distribution Service).
3) Re-enable the Reload Schedule for the document.
