IE Plugin version 11

Hi,

We have a farm of Citrix servers (5) to publish QlikView Applications to users.

Now with version 11 in 2 Citrix servers cannot open docs with Internet explorer plugin.

The user receives the attachment error message.

The Ajax is working perfectly or the same user is working in other application server.

Application Servers Citrix Windows 2003 x64

Internet Explorer 8

Plugin version11 builds 154

The server is in trusted zone in internet explorer.

Thanks,

Apostolis

This is because the port 4747 is not open between the user.  You can try to test it with telnet.
Telnet perfmano1 4747      if you see a blinking curser the port is open. If this is a 2008 server Firewall is on by default.

Apostolisa,

This really looks like port 4747 is block somewhere between the client and the server. The screen you see is the Plugin trying to Tunnel and being you are using IIS and IIS isn't setup to tunnel it is failing.

Bill,

Thanks for the repsonse.

We don’t use IIS but I think that QlikViewWeb Server is IIS Clone.

I retsted and  implement also SR1 this afternoon and come back.

Thanks,

Apostolis

We are solved the problem giving the
correct permissions to C:\ProgramData\Crypto\Rsa\MachineKeys  in Citrix
application server.

thanks,
