Issue in QV 11 Sever/publisher Upgrade

Hi,

I have issue in QV11 server/publisher upgrade. Previously, QV10 was installed and now I am upgrading it to QV 11. Its taking more than 2 hrs to finish the installation, can some tell me what's wrong with my upgradation.

Where is the process got stuck. During the service account definition.?

the process delete old setup and added its new files on QV11 at that time process was stuck. But then I cancelled the installation and started again now it successfully upgraded to QV11.
