LDAP signing and LDAP channel binding

We are upgrading to Qlikview 2020-april. LDAP signing and LDAP channel binding is supported since this version, therefore IT want's to activate LDAP signing and channel binding.

I would like to know the changes we will need to do in Qlikview.
Are there any documents ?

Or can IT activate signing and channel binding after the upgrade and are there no changes necessary ?

The only reference I found was https://community.qlik.com/t5/QlikView-App-Development/Authentication-CHANGE/td-p/1701844?_ga=2.2147...
That points to https://support.qlik.com/articles/000095606?_ga=2.138118323.2083927584.1612780819-1375458656.1583139... which is not a 'signing requirements' document .

Regards,

Nico

Correct, there aren't any changes that you need to make in your LDAP connections in the QMC. This is a code fix in April 2020 and all future releases.

There isn't specific documentation on if there are any changes that need to be down on the QlikView side of things. Here is are the April 2020 release notes that contains a link on Microsoft's upcoming changes to this. We have made changes to this so that it will meet Microsoft compliance for the future.

Does that mean that the way we have to set the LDAP settings in QlikView remains the same as before, regardless of the fact that IT has activated LDAP signing and LDAP channel binding or not activated it ?
Any changes that we receive from IT that have to be made to the LDAP settings can be handled the same as any other change in the LDAP setting ?
