Hi everyone
We are facing the following issue. When a client uses "Open in Server Procedure" the license lease for 30 days message appears as is supposed to be. but everytime the user restars QV Desktop the license is back to Personal Edition so the license lease is not working as expected, does anybody knows what could be the problem.

Sorry this post is still open, The solution to this issue was solved by Unistalling the QV Desktop with a tool called CCleaner and cleaning up the Windows Registry and after restar the PC installing QV Desktop Again.

Have you checked the Licence Lease History in the QMC, under:
This often can give clues, especially if a single User is trying lease a licence on more than 2 Machine ID's in less than 24 hours.
[Or are they using Virtual Desktops, or is the QV Desktop a Citrix App ?]

Do you know of the user has the correct access right to be able to save the information on disk? I have seen similar issues when you ex. has a policy preventing users to save on the C:.
