Loop and reduce with limited access

Hello,

I want to use loop and reduce with limited access.

So I created a table with values and then a table with the value I looped with and a user assignment.

Then I created a task reload, loop and reduce by field, select which field contains recieping information.

Now the questions:

- what value is to select at "check user identity at" when I want to use ntname?

- do I have to set a distribution server on tab manually?

When I select check user identity on SAMACCOUNT I can see all applications, auhtorised or not.

Hi Martin,

If the user is in the form DOMAIN\USERNAME (uppercase) then you need to check with "SAM Account Name". Then you will need to specify a QVS (which means that the documents will be created in the QVS Root Folder or the mounted folder selected from the drop down list) or a folder manually specified where the documents are going to be available to users.

Make sure you are not selecting manually "All Authenticated" users.
