Loosing Triggers & no refresh 'manual or scheduled'

Hi All,

I'm currently facing a big problem under my qlikview Serveur, knowing that i'm using the version : 11.0.11440.0409.10.

in my QMC, i lost all my Triggers, and when i tried to refersh any task nothing happend !! i'm give up !! i dont understand .
