This is what is occurring in qlikview when using DIRECTDISCOVERY feature. Clients are unable to work out with ANALYSIS and is simple losing the connection and then pop up message comes"NO CONNECTION"".
dOCUMENT TIMEOUT AND SERVER TIMEOUT SESSION IS WELL ABOVE 6000 SECONDS.
qv11 sr13 WINDOWS 2012 SERVER MACHINE .
Please guide and help to resolve this issue .

Please check the version of you QVS.exe file, not your Desktop

It should be QVs.exe usually at C:\Program Files\QlikView\Server
How many licenses do you have in this server?
I´ve found a possible fix that involves reapplying document licenses
It happens only when you use the Direct Discovery feature?
Is your database available?

Yes Database connection is successful and it is working in offline mode.
But as soon the documents gets opned up with DIRECTDISCOVERY FEATURE it is giving "Lost connection to Server" No connection pop up message.
And QV stops loading.
