Mismatch on Count of Document CALs unallocated on Server

Hi

I found the mismatch on count of document CALs unallocated on Server.

Document CALs available on server: 100

Document CALs not allocated on server: 0

So far, I have assigned only 60 document CALs, and the balance ( not allocated) should be 40.

Please advice how to resolve this issue.

It seems that you deleted some app that had some Document CAL assigned. See attached article that might help you.

A good instrument to figure out where the CALs are hiding (and manage CALs in a easy way in the future) is David Vasseur's Qlikview Server CAL Manager

BTW to get to your 60 assigned CALs total, did you sum the CALs in use, or the CALs that are reserved for specific documents. Document CALs work with pools that make them unavailable without being in use.
