Hello Support,
We need to migrate one Customer existing QlikView old server setup to a different server by a clean fresh install, but all the Qlik account details (Qlik user, Qlik Partner) seem to be missing or non cooperative.
We only have our LEF information (Serial and LEF details) but "Control" number is missing.
What are my options?
Is there any way we may know who is the Qlik account managing our license? (maybe we can have the license re-routed to an updated account?)
Is it possible to get the control code related to this serial number in some other way?
We've already went through the forums and checked the videos on how to retrieve this info but always get to one dead-end (no way to know the user Qlik Account linked to the license, no way to get to the Control Number by the way of the Qlik Partner).
Any support will be appretiated!
