Missing License Keys in the Qlik portal

I do not see the Qlik sense licenses added to my support portal / License tab

 

For example : License Key is 

1239525299720265

For licensing issues you'll need to reach out to your Qlik account manager. If you're not sure who that is, contact Qlik Customer Support for assistance. You can use the Chat option to reach them.
