My server lost its configuration suddenly

Hi, my server that was normal and running tasks at each 2 hours, suddenly started to give error in the tasks.

When I was trying to understand what was wrong, I´ve found out the my licences are gone with all my configuration

My version is 11.00.11414.0 SR2

Anyone can give me a hint?

My problem was caused by anti-virus. I had to restore the folder ProgramData/QlikTech and everything came back. Thank You all.

Do you see any error messages? has any  specific service failed like distribution or directory or any other.

One way would be restarting all the services and configuring the LEF (license enabler file) again.

Have your IT people installed anti virus software on the server without telling you?

Hi. there are too many logs. Any idea on wich one I have to look?

I´ve already put my licence number back and it worked, but the conrfiguration did not came back. Any idea how can I restore all my server configuration?

Nope. I´ve asked them and they said nobody did anything.
