No release notes for Qlikview May 2021

How to find the release notes for Qlikview May 2021. They are only available in the Japanese language ?

My Japanese is even worse than my knowledge of the english language.

The Release Notes are available on the Qlik Download Site.

We don't have access to these downloads. The software and support is retrieved from a reseller.

I've attached the Release Notes for QV May 2021 SR1 to this post, since it contains information for both May 2021 versions.  FYI - anyone with a Qlik account can access the download site.
