Hello,
Using only the QEMC (it has all needed information to manage) what do you exactly mean by "Max number..."? It happens when you reload? It happens when users access the documents? What version of QVS are you using? Where in the Console are you changing that value?
Regards.

Hi,
Thank you so much for Qlick reply. I have attached the screen shot of QEMC screen shots , where I have changed the number of documents to load to 6 . But if you see the other screen shot in Status its showing only documents , not the 3rd one .
I am using QV 9 SR5.. When User is trying to access ,it will display as "Failed to load document ...Access denied ' message.
Also is not allowing me to schedule that .Its disable .see the screen shot.

The third window only shows documents that you have scheduled for reload.

Hello,
Second and third screenshots are right. But the first one where the check "Availability Limitations" is what it sounds kind of strange to me, because that line is a question of licensing, so you need to contact your QlikView sales rep in order to get that right.
Did you migrate any time in the past from previous versions of QlikView? Do you have an IAS license? Your license information is in the QEMC, System, Licenses, QlikView Server, click on yours, and on the right side two panes will appear, showing the content of your license (QlikView Server License).
Hope that helps.

So you are saying that if you click on the 'Reload' tab for that document, you cannot set a schedule for reload?

OK - No idea then. Listen to Miguel, sounds like he knows regarding licence restrictions.
The 'Max Concurrent Reload' setting will not have anything to do with it.

Hi
I also say that it is licensing thing. I dont have this option in my QEMC. Do you have DOCUMENTCALS
License?
I assume that you bought only two Document CALS and hence it is set to 2
Regards
Sravan
