Not a valid installation package

Hello,

I cannot open Qlik sense desktop. If I try to uninstall it through the control panel or reinstall it I get an error saying "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable". It is looking for SenseDesktop.msi. Sometimes it's in the folder at the location, sometimes it's not. I've tried moving the file around with no luck. Even when I choose the file it gives an additional error message.

I've tried restarting, running as admin, and checking registry files as per posts with a similar problem. Any advice?
