Not able to send Reload failure alerts from qmc

Hi All,

I am using a sbe license without publisher and configured the mail server in the qmc->QVS@->alerts tab

If the reload of a document goes wrong, send a e-mail to these addresses

i have added the mail address but still its not sending alerts

with the same mail i have generated test email it was sent successfully

Can anyone help on this?

Hi,

Hope you have created the task first and then set the Mail settings.

Edit the Task and save it and try it. It worked for me.
