Moreover performance is also slow it is taking too much time to open QVW file in access point.
Can you please suggest on this.
Thanks
Check the Doc Cals of the application will it be assign to the users for those which not able to see the application on the access point. For Performance check the plugins that you installed.
Hope this helps
Hi anand,

But when other user is using his own credentials it gives problem.
Please suggest.

If the users are not seeing the application is not a licensing issue but an authorization issue.
On the QMC, under System => Server => Security what do you have configured NTFS or DMS?.
If you are using NTFS authorization you need to give Windows Permission Files for the QlikView Documents to the Users that should see the application (and wait a little, usually takes a little time to reflect the changes on Access Point).
If you are using DMS, simply go to the authorization tab under Documents => User Documents after selecting an application and add your users there. If you are using Publisher you need to add those users in the reload task as well.
Hope it helps.
Best regards.
Hi Luis,
We are using NTFS authorization can you please give me screen shot for this from where I am able to make suggested setting so that that will be helpful for me.
thanks,
Deepak
any user who accesses the QV access point should see the documents UNLESS this user doesn't have the privilege to see it (right-click->properties->security)
the privilege is usually given to users by the publisher
it is not related to CALs at all
Hi,
This would be a rights issues. If the user doesn't have rights to the document it will not show up in Access Point. This has nothing to do with CALs.

Hi,
For this you have to configure Local or Active directory in directory connector.
and while distributing the document add users to the list, this will only work if you have publisher.
Let say you don't have publisher, then you need to add users to Qlikview file itself.

ASHFAQ
Hello all,
I have taken following actions for resolving this,
1. unassigned named user cal and document cal,
2 I have restarted all QV services.
3 I have also restarted QV server.
But problem is still there.
I think changes whatever I have done is not reflecting on server.
Please suggest on this.
Thanks
Hi
This has nothing to do with the CALs. CALs only come into play when you click on the QVW to open it. If you can't see all the documents it is a security issue. More than likely it is at the file permission level or there is section access applied to the document and the user is not listed.
