Personal Bookmarks not visible to the users

Hi All,

We have recently moved all our QlikView Dashboard from Windows Server 2008 to Windows Server 2016. Along with QlikView Document (.QVW), we have also migrated .TSHARED file.

Now users are able to see their shared bookmarks but not personal bookmarks (Bookmarks which are not shared with anyone) on new environment i.e. Windows Server 2016.

Can anyone please help here.

Are the bookmarks of the type "User Bookmarks"?

This is from the manual;

User bookmarks: are stored separately on the user’s computer. They will only be available to the user who created them on the computer where they were created. If the document is moved or renamed all personal bookmarks related to it will be lost.

Hi,

What version of QlikView are you running? In the QMC under users, do you see the BookMarks under Server objects?

HI,

That is only if you are using the plugin client and is a good thought, being they didn't state if they were using the Ajax client or the plugin.
