Prescription tracker in Qlikview

There's a common QVW Prescription Tracker.

Could someone point me to the QVW file for this? This seemed quite interesting and wanted to know how it's created on the front end as well as backend.

This comes with your qv desktop installation as example. Open your qv desktop->Help->Show start page : you would find list of examples
