Problem with Custom Groups

Hello experts,

I have a problem with custom users and groups. I use Custom Directory to manage users and groups, so I've a user inside a group, and this group has the authorization to access a specific document. When I log in into access point, I can see this document but when I try to open it, a popup message appears with "Failed to open document, You don't have access to this document.". However if I give access directly to this user it works, but this is not my intention.

Any suggestions?

I'm using QlikView 10 SR1

This is a known bug in v 10 sr1
