QMC Errors

I frequently see errors in my QA environment when doing reloads from the QMC. At times, my documents will reload without any errors. At other times, I will see one of the following errors.

(2015-01-12 12:19:30) Error: The sourcedocument failed to save.. Exception=System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find file '\\2.1.Applications\2.1.3.Stage3\6a4c02c4-57a9-4d16-8964-f3112157a04a_RBA CHF Analysis.qvw.tmp'.

Does anyone know why these errors take place? Thank you in advance for your help!

Recently, a new antivirus program was installed on our QA servers, Trend Micro Deep Security. After disabling the software, we were able to successfully rerun our monthly reload in QA.

http://community.qlik.com/message/538769#538769

Moving forward, we are adding the following exclusions to the antivirus software.

C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\*\

C:\Program Files\QlikView\*\

C:\Program Files\QlikView\Distribution Service\*\

E:\DistributionService\*\

E:\QlikView\*\

We have also excluded all qvw, qvd, and pgo file extensions from future scanning.

Hi,

Its always recommended to have Qlikview Application folder on local server instead of shared drive.

Try by moving Qlikview application to local server and check if that helps

Regards
