QMC message - Processing... Please Wait

Hello community,

Can anyone help or point out what could cause this message to keep hanging at the level of the qmc ?

This is part of the log file (qliktech\qlikview management server\log):

Product Information=Product name: QlikView Management Service x64, Client Build Number: 11.20.11718.0, Target Platform: x64

LEF status: Serial=;Name=;Organization=;ProductLevel=None;SpecialEdition=Normal;NoXs=0;LefOk=False;LefMissing=True,Expired=False;PDFEnabled=False;ErrorMessage=Registry key does not exist

Hi,

The service account needs to me a member of the Local Administrator group. I would think the service account doesn't have rights to write to the registry.

Looks like improper installation. Some of the configurations are not applied due to lack of permission for service account. Account which is running services has to be part of Administrator group.

Your license information seems to be missing or corrupt. Have you entered the license in QMC?

If you can't access the QMC because of the error, have you tried reinstalling the QV server software?
