Like I mentioned above, it seems that New_Month is based of Takeover date and each takeover date can have multiple handover dates. So based on this association, what you are seeing is not incorrect. Now I am not sure what is the reason to bring them all in one table (and hoping that the multiple rows won't show up, but you can try looking into Canonical dates for create a master calendar for multiple dates Canonical Date)
