QlikView 11 Performance problem

Hi guys,

I have a quick question. Our QlikView installation is running incredibly slow since a few days, even simple files with only two tables are already slow. Does anyone have the same problems or even an idea what the reason could be? Maybe a Windows update?

... our QlikView version is a bit older 👴(11.20.12354.0 SR6) , but it has always worked very well so far.

Thank you!

It's possible that it could be a Windows Update affecting performance. However, we do not have anything in our KB as of now because the version QlikView you are on is no longer support.

Are you seeing performance degradation in the QV desktop client or the Accesspoint? Ultimately I would definitely recommend upgrading to the latest version of QlikView 12.50 SR 4. There are tons of bug fixes, feature enhancements and performance improvement.
