"Could not find a result for the specified execution ID" on EDX Error after relocating QDS AppData Folder

Hi All,

QV Nov 2017: after relocating the QDS AppDataFolder (following https://support.qlik.com/articles/000003462) in a dual-publisher scenario, I started to receive the following error:

20210427T150815.572+0200 Error System.Exception: Could not find a result for the specified execution ID "4b6a8c69-ab32-4b4a-a5b6-0d2cba2c0d0a" || at QMSBackendCore.Service.ServiceImpl.GetEDXTaskStatus(Guid qdsID, Guid execID)

EDX Tasks are successfully executed.

QDS/QMC services already restarted

Any idea?

Hello @giociva,

Have a look at Qlik Support article Error System.Exception: Could not find a result for the specified execution ID "xxxxx"

Also note that QV version November 2017 is no longer supported.  It sunset for support in November 2020.  Review Qlik Support article Qlik Sense, QlikView, and NPrinting End of Support Date to help you choose a version which will be supported for longer.

Thanks @Chip_Matejowsky ,

I already saw the article but the QDS AppData has been relocated and recreated from scratch, without porting the old EDXResults. Could be something related to the previous (unused) EDXResults folder?

I also know that the QV Version is unsupported but customer is migrating to QS and we are supporting the process.
