Prawin, you are not likely going to get much here, as you provided no information regarding your use case or current infrastructure etc.  This type of thing really requires a more thorough review of things than you can get via a post here, so I would highly recommend you contact a partner or our services org through your account manager to arrange a discussion and possible engagement to assist you in ensuring everything goes smoothly.

The best I can do otherwise is the following link:

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/qlikview/April2019/Subsystems/Server/Content/QV_Server/QlikView-Server/Q...

Along with reading the following as well:

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/qlikview/April2019/Content/QV_HelpSites/Whats_New_in_QlikView.htm

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/qlikview/November2018/Content/QV_HelpSites/Whats_New_in_QlikView.htm

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/qlikview/November2017/Content/Whats_New_in_QlikView.htm

That should be a reasonable start on things I believe.  The key thing as well is to thoroughly test the plan in your test environment before moving on to production as well to catch anything you may have missed there.

Regards,
Brett

Also attached are release notes which document more 'low level changes' .  You will need to review 12.2, 12.3, and 12.4 release notes to view impact .  But the benefit is that you will find out all the new features too.

Hi Praveen,

were you able to draft an upgrade plan?

Did you get any insight that you could share?

Thank you,

Federica

Please be sure you have reviewed the following Help link, it has pretty much everything you need:

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/qlikview/April2019/Subsystems/Server/Content/QV_Server/QlikView-Server/Q...

I posted this a couple of posts earlier, but it appears with the other links folks were getting confused.  The Techspert March presentation will be done by me as well in a few weeks, where I will be covering migrating a single node to single node as well as single to multi-node migration if you wish to attend that.

Hi Brett

Any chance you have a summary or guide similar to the Techspert March presentation? Perhaps a link to a video we can watch?

Thanks in advance..
