Try changing the DPI on QV.exe.  See attached image.

Hi Albert & Bill,

Thanks a lot for your replies.

I have tested both, and I can confirm that changing the DPI on QV.exe has finally resolved the issue.

Thanks a lot for your quick responses and support.

Best Regards

Hi all,

I would like to share something weird I have noticed in the QlikView Desktop versions which comes after release 12.50 SR2 (I have validated the issue is in versions 12.60 SR1, 12.60 SR2 , 12.70). It seems like the resolution of QlikView Desktop (Top Menu, Default page, and QV Applications opened) is worst than in previous version 12.50 SR2.

Figures and text are a bit fuzzy (see evidence attached).

Did you noticed this?

Is there any way to get into Release 12.70 the better resolution QlikView Desktop had in version 12.50 SR2?

Thanks a lot

Eduardo Gonzalez

Hello @EduardoG ,

I just checked this an I would say it looks OK to me depending on the resolution of my screen, for the fuzzy one, what  scale (100%, 125%,...) do you have?

Cheers,

Albert

Thanks @EduardoG.

Thanks for letting us know.

I also strongly suggest to raise a new post for specific issues as it could have more visibility than posting on existing old one. Just a tip 😃

Cheers,

Albert
