1. The speed of opening AccessPoint qvw documents on the server is very slow.
Could it be related to the alarm in the image below?

Thanks for posting.
The speed of the access point might be related to the document that you have on the Root folder and mounted folder, remember to only have qvw files on such folder and its subfolders. If you have other files those will be scanned and the Accesspoint loading might be slow. Imagine you scan 100K txt files it would kill your Access point performance.
The alarms are only because the Distribution service has non default values set up. If you edit such for a reason you can safely ignore.

These are not alarms, they are values that someone has set in the past that are non-default.
