Is it still possible to purchase a license for QlikView personal edition?

This is for a case I want to install models I developed for a customer who needs only a single installation.

Yes, you could get a license for a QlikView Desktop, so you will be able to edit any qvw file.

I've looked at the link before posting my question, but it doesn't explicitly says that you can purchase a license, but rather contact someone for "licensing options".
Did I miss anything?
