QlikView server migration

I have to migrate a QlikView Server to another server for a client. I know something of the migration procedure to set up (and recover QVPR qvpr_ <hostname> .ini from the old machine to copy on the new machine)
Do you know a document which details this procedure.

This document is very helpful for all kinds of server migrations.

Even if you're not migrating from an older version to QV11, or you're not planning to move from single machine to a multi-platform set-up, it's still a good read.
