Qliktask running for long time and getting failed

Hi All,

From Last one week one task in our Qlik environment is running for longtime and getting failed. Normally it takes 30mins to complete the task suddenly its taking more than 6 hours and then getting failed.

Restarted the services.

CPU and memory utilization is normal

DB connection working fine

checked everything but still not able to figure it out what is the issue. Please help in resolving the issue.

What version of QlikView are you using?

If you look in the document log, you can see where the reload is stalling. That can give some clues on why it is happening.

If you don't have any document log, you can turn it on, see below

Issue is with SQL Query which was used in the Qlik Task. I did performance tuning and after that task is getting completed as expected.

When you have similar kind of problem. Do check your SQL code written in the Task.
