Qlikview Licenses Missing

We rebooted our web server this morning and our Named User and Session Cals went missing.  Document Cal's are fine.

We stopped the QV server service, removed the PGO and DAT files and restarted the QV server service.  Nothing changed.

Our production environment is impacted.  Does anyone have an idea what could be happening?

Thanks in advance!

Jason

Thank you, Chip.  We did call support and had to get the LEF file expiration date updated.

Suggest you contact Qlik Support and get a support case up and running.

Check the Root folder as configured in QMC > System > Setup > QlikView Server QVS@ > Folders tab > Root folder and %ProgramData%\QlikTech\QlikViewServerfor any .PGO file corruption.

Check QMC > System > Licenses > QlikView Server to ensure the LEF is still applied to the server.
