Qlikview alert in qvw not working in Publisher batch load

Hi

I have setup alerts in qvw file which will send email to users based on condition.

Batch mode is enabled in the alerts.

I have configured user name and smtp server details in User Preferences.

If I reload manually using qlikview desktop it is sending alert emails but not working when we reload in publisher.

I am using Qlikview version 11.2 SR12.

please help

afaik publisher cannot trigger mails from alert. So if you want to trigger mails you can use batch file or schedule batch file in publisher and then perform your reload.
