Qlikview only opening in AJAX

Hi,

I have a number of dashboards that I would like to open from the Access point using the IE plugin, however, whenever I try to open them, they always open in AJAX. The default in the QMC is IE Plugin but when I select "View Details" on a dashboard in access point I don't have the option of IE plugin just, full browser

if the option isn't available it seems to that PlugIn isn't installed?

Have you check in control panel?

Latest plug in installed and still not an option to open in IE Plugin

Kevin, I would recommend opening a support case on behalf of your customer as long as they are current on maintenance, so we can do a WebEx with you and the customer to have a direct look at things and determine what is going wrong.
