Hard to say from this log by itself.

  • Do you see the same happen for all your documents?
  • You mentioned "one task", so it looks like this is specific to a task.
  • What type of storage are you using? So what is \\YTSQ01\ Please know that NAS is not supported as it may not perform as quickly as we need it to be.
  • Does the QlikView service account have full access to \\YTSQ01\QlikView\3.Dashboards\1.Application\? We'd need full permissions read/write/delete/etc...
  • If it's just one file, is that file particularly large and maybe creating a .tmp file that requires more space than available?

The error itself indicates that the .tmp file that need to be created during the reload and distirubtion process cannot be found. So maybe that by itself helps you identify the issue.

The issue should be a 'stuck' .tmp file in the path specified, so check that folder path for that .tmp file, and if there is one there, delete it and rerun the task, things should then run successfully.  Would not be able to say what caused the hang etc., you will need to look in the Windows logs etc. for clues on that if that was the case, but anti-virus is on possibility or some other server utility if there may be some running on the server.

Brett
