QvMigrationTool.zip. Does anyone know what this is???

I noticed an item on the QlikView download site named QvMigrationTool.zip. Does anyone know what this is???   I unzipped it and there is no documentation.

It's a tool for for migrating bookmarks from QlikView to SaaS editions of Qlik Sense tenants.  See Where can one find the QlikView Object Migration for Cloud on the Download site?
