SMTP Configuration is not working

Dear All,

We are using Qlikview 11.2 SR8.

Currenly we are trying to configure our Lotus SMTP server as shown in below screenshot.

When I'm trying to send a test mail using my email id, Status message is showing as " Email was sent successfully" , however I'm not receiving any email from server.

Even when Task Failed also I;m not receiving any email from server.

Kindly help me if I'm missing any settings to be done.

@P.S, same SMTP server is successfully configured with our  IBM Cognos server.

Hi Cinna,

Good information. Your email server has the policy in it and not to accept unknown from address.

This point making sense. Thanks for sharing.
