SMTP.OFFICE365 with Qlikview

Hi.

I need help to register the settings within the MailServer use Office365. Use the smtp.office365.com parameters, port 587 and authentication mode with user name and password. Anyone have experience with this platform and Qlikview.

Hola, que tal…quiero configurar el mail Server de Qlikview pero mis servicios están en la nube.

Con el Office365

He intentado con varias configuraciones de echarlo andar y nada mas no puedo….

Hi,

I was playing with this SSL mail connection this week. There are a couple of setting that needs to be changed, but it still did work. I am looking at putting this in as a bug and it would help if you open a case with support on it.

I am having the same issue.  I get a Qlikview response that states:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Could not connect to server.

Last Response: Unexpected AUTH LOGIN response, Last

Response: 504 5.7.4 Unrecognized authentication type

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Has anyone found a fix for this or is there a bug fix in?

Also, in case it helps (and they don't have access to Office365) the settings in Office365 for smtp require authentication type TLS:

Server name: smtp.office365.com

Port: 587

Encryption method: TLS

Set UseSSLForSMTP set to 'True' in couple of config files and it will work.
