Server&Plugin: objects could not be opened

Hi, folks

I have problem loading QV objects from my server using plugin. I'm using

method of Publishing separate sheet objects from QVS for IE (page 144 from QVS Reference Manual)

The problem appears first time I load HTML and display a massage: CH01 could not be opened

And after several Refreshs all things seems to be ok.. Where is the problem? I run QVS 8.5 with plugin 8.5.. Please help
