Hi,
I have an issue at one of my clients. For some reason, QlikView Server 10 SR1 'lost' the license information for the installation.
Apparently nothing was done to the server that would cause this, but it has now gone and lost all the document cal assignment, in fact all CAL assignment was lost.
Even when I assign a document cal to a user, the user still can't see the document.
I see people are referring to an Authorisation tab for each document, I don't see that. I only see a Document CAL tab on the far right, along with the usual tabs. Is this something that fell away with 10, or is it still supposed to be there and this is causing the users not to see the documents in accesspoint?
Please help, it is very urgent.

I thik I found the problem.
I needed to change Authentication to DMS, not NTFS.
