Hi,
We face the issue, that any session expires after 10 minutes.
In Sessions.log the exit reason is "Session expired after idle time".
I read some articles in the community here, but the recommendations there are not working. E.g. the setting for the QlikView Server QSS in Documents for the document timeout is 480 mins, in Performance for maximum inactive session time is 1800 seconds.
Other timeout settings are either default - which usually is much higher than 10 mins - or increased to at least 30 mins.
We are running QlikView May 2021 SR2, without IIS, on a Windows 2019 server.
Does anyone have an idea where else to look?

Suggest that you work with the developers of this app and compare it against the other apps which aren't experiencing the issue. If you do need direct assistance then yes, opening a Support case would be a good next step.
