Support Portal - Error logging in to Qlik

Support Portal - I am getting an error when logging in to Qlik, why?

Also, I registered an account with Support, but I don't know if I registered the company name properly.

How do I edit and verify the company name?

Hi @qwebnm It looks like your profile is not linked to your Business Account hence, you are unable to access the Support Portal. Please contact Customer Support. You can also chat with them via the blue Help chat bubble at the bottom of every Support page on Qlik Community. Please ensure to provide License details or any of your colleague's email address who is already having access to the Support Portal. This will help the team to locate the account and link your profile.
