Hi,
Is there any way to configure the Publisher to keep the TaskExecutionHistory logs more than 30 days? I can keep my own qvd library of older files, but I would prefer not to.
try here
Hi,
I have tried the solution linked by Massimo, but it does not take effect. I have restared the distribution service.
Are you sure the actual config file has been correctly updated?
More than once, I faced the problem that my editor couldn't overwrite a config file in the C:\Program Files area. Saving to your own Documents folder implies copying the saved file to the correct location later on (which I seem to have forgotten on at least one occasion)
Also check the extension of the new config file.
It should work.

@peter cammaert, No this entry:
<add key="NbrOfDaysToKeepQDSLogs" value="400" />
is in the
QVDistributionService.exe.config
file located in the:
C:\Program Files\QlikView\Distribution Service
directory, unfortunately.
BR,
Tobias
Wow, that's a lot of history your are aiming for. Can you try with a smaller value, for example 45 or 60 days?
I can try to set it to 60 days to see if that works, pretty weird if that would be the problem though.

Still does not work.
Anybody got this working?
HI,
In the C:\Program Files\QlikView\Distribution Service\QVDistributionService.exe.config
<!-- The number of days to keep QDS logs -->
<add key="NbrOfDaysToKeepQDSLogs" value="30"/>
