Token License to User based License

Can anyone tell me the process of changing from Token License to User based License?

Hi Rob,

I contacted our Partner Rep and got it converted from tokens to License but still I am not able to get a User-Based License view. Can you tell me how can I get it done from my side.

When you say "User-Based License view", do you mean you are looking for a QMC display of license usage?

Yes, anyways I got the USER based view on upgrading my Qlik Sense to the latest version.
