Unable to Assign Doc Cal on Test Server

We have a qlikview test server v11 and I am currently unable to allow users to view the document via Document CAL's. The documents are not even visible on the access point to those with document cals. The problem does not occur for those with Named User Licenses. I notice that after assigning the documents it reads "Document CALs assigned to users: 0" int Document Cal Summary (picture attached). Any ideas?

Thanks!!!

Marc

I was able to fix the problem. The security settings in the management console were set to NTSF which means that the appropriate window security permissions need to be set by right clicking the qvw document/folder and adding the appropriate user groups. It appears that in order for qlikview management console to control permissions the user group "authenticated users" must be given "read" security permissions.

Thanks for the response! I looked at document settings and as far as I know, I do not have any kind of section access enabled. However, it does seem to be some sort of section access problem because users cannot see any of the documents on the test server.

Thanks,

Marcus
