Updating QlikView is not working

Hello 

How can I update QlikView to the latest version please ? and to just re isntall a fresh copy ?

Hello ,

Note the following:

1. Make sure you are an administrator on the desktop/ laptop

2. Download the installer

3. Confirm the requirements are met.

4. Right Click on the installer and " Run As Administrator"

5. If that still fails with the above , perform a complete uninstall \ reinstall of Qlikview Desktop

If you cannot access the Qlik Download Page, then you'll need to contact Qlik Customer Support for assistance. You can use the Chat Now or Create Support Case options.
