User document exists on QMC even after deletion

Hi,

I have this QVW that I removed from the User Docs folder (including the .meta and .shared file) but it still shows up (the file name all in caps) under QMC\Documents\User Documents.

How do I get rid of that document?

1. create .qvw file with same and place into same folder

2. remove any calls are assigned

3. back to ur app folder and delete the app.
