We have been informed that a couple of users cannot access the QlikView dashboard on the server and they are getting below error when logging in
I have tried below to resolve the issue but nothing helped
1) Removed and added them back on server
2) Restarted the server
3) Deleted .Meta file on server
The below screenshot is from the server. Assigned Users for the dashboard is 58 but Document Cals on summary shows 55.The difference of 3 (58-55) is the number of users who cannot access the dashboard. I have circled the user below, who cannot access the dashboard and there is no timestamp recorded as well for this user.
Could someone help me with this issue?

Hi @RajaVemuri, just some checks: confirm that the user is using the same user, maybe it's using a login from different domain.
Also confirm it's the same document, maybe it's accesing a document with the same name but in another folder.
