Hi Stefania,
The reason for this is because along with other things the service has to create Comms objects. If you don't want to us an admin account there is a document that you can get from support on the Minimum security permissions needed when installing QlikView 10 infrastructure.
It is time consuming and it is not supported by Qlikview Support.
