I want to make the plugin installation pop-up screen appear, is there a way?

I tried a lot, but the installation pop-up screen such as attachments does not appear

I modified the openoc.html source in qlikview, and set the popup that did not appear to appear like a highlighted circle.

The plug-in version is the same, but a pop-up appears telling you to continue installing.

Is there anything I can do in qmc or qlikview settings?

It couldn't be set from the server-side because it are user-settings if the browser displayed any respectively certain popup's or not  respectively with or without the question what the user would like to do.
